Peter Chen, director of business development of TSMC-Shanghai.
Dr. Chen joined TSMC in 2004. He is currently in charge of TSMC’s business development activity in East China region. Prior to this assignment, he was responsible for integration engineering of TSMC-Shanghai Fab operations.
Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining TSMC, he had worked with Motorola’s semiconductor sector as staff integration engineer, principal engineer, engineering manager, distinguished member of technical staff, etc. As one of the key contributors, Dr. Chen had participated CMOS platform technology development and/or process transfer for almost all technology nodes between 0.5um and 90nm. As a representative of Motorola, he had also successfully led multiple joint technology programs in collaboration with other leading semiconductor companies in the world.

王克扬先生于1986年加入Intel, 他在成品率提高，模块开发和设备改善等方面工作多年，技术方面得以全面提升。1992年王先生加入Lam成为一名产品市场经理，自此他一直致力于亚太区的市场拓展。2000年至2003年王先生在台湾任全球代加工客户管理总经理。自2005年起王先生开始了在TEL的职业征程，目前他在上海担任TEL亚太市场总监负责亚太市场的开拓。
王克扬先生于1982年获得国立台湾大学化学工程专业学士学位，于1986年获得美国密歇根大学电子工程专业及材料工程专业硕士双学位。
Justin K. Wang’s Biography
Mr. Justin K. Wang joined Intel Corporation in 1986. He developed his technical expertise through various job functions including yield enhancement, module development, and equipment improvement program. Mr. Wang joined Lam Research as the product marketing manager in 1992. He has been serving the Asia Pacific region since then. Mr. Wang was based in Taiwan as the General Manager of Global Foundry Accounts from 2000 to 2003. He joined Tokyo Electron Limited in 2005. He now resides in TEL Shanghai as the Vice President in charge of Asia Pacific Marketing.
Mr. Wang received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan in 1982. In 1986, he graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with dual Master Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Material Engineering.
