Siqun Xiao, PhD

Siqun Xiao, PhD, is SMIC Account’s PDC General Manager at Applied Materials China. Before joining Applied Materials in 2004 he worked as sales director at Scientech Corporation. Prior to that, he worked as product applications specialist, demo manager and applications manager at the wafer inspection division of Kla-Tencor. Siqun received his M.S. in metallurgy from RWTH Aachen 1986 and his Ph.D. in physics from G?ttingen University 1990 in Germany. He was a post doctoral fellow at the National Center for Electron Microscopy of Lawrence Berkeley Lab at Berkeley, California.
